Services
What estimating platforms do you support?
We write estimates in Xactimate, Symbility and STACK, and can work in other estimating platforms to fit your needs. Tell us which one you use when you request a quote.
Can the estimate carry my company’s branding?
Yes. We write the estimate with your company header and follow your preferences, so it is ready to send to your customer or project manager.
Do you work with commercial projects?
Yes. Commercial work orders tend to be more complex, so we discuss each commercial request individually and price it based on the scope. See commercial estimating.
Can you upload projects into my CRM?
Yes. Our Manual CRM Upload service ($10) places your project files into the system you use, such as Google Drive or Monday.
Which markets do you work in?
Our services are adapted for the restoration markets in the USA, Canada and Europe.
Pricing
How does the $150 dwelling replacement estimate work?
The Dwelling Replacement Estimate is a fixed $150. It is a detailed estimate for replacing a dwelling, covering exterior and interior work, written in your preferred platform under your company header.
What is included in the $100 interior renovation estimate?
The Interior Renovation Estimate is a detailed line-item estimate of the interior scope, at a fixed $100 for estimates under 150 line items. If you expect 150 line items or more, note it in the quote form and we will confirm pricing before starting.
What does the 3D residential model include?
The 3D Residential Model ($200) is a 3D model of the residential scope and includes the floor layout. To prepare it we need the property’s measurements, sketches or existing plans, and photos of each room. If something is missing, we will tell you what else we need.
Do you still offer roof and siding sketch reports?

Ordering
What information do I need to provide?
Start with your contact details, the project address and type, and the services you need. Then add whatever documentation you have: photos, measurements, sketches or plans, existing scopes or estimates, and reports. Each service page lists what helps most for that service.
How do I submit photos and documents?
Attach them in the quote form. You can upload PDF, JPG, PNG, ZIP, DOC/DOCX and XLS/XLSX files, several at a time. For large photo sets, a ZIP file is easiest.
How do I receive the completed work?
We send the completed files to you by email. If you also order Manual CRM Upload, we place them directly into your CRM, such as Google Drive or Monday.
How can I request a quote?
Fill in the Get a Quote form, or email us at faecon.estimates@gmail.com. Fixed-price services show their price as you select them; for anything else we will come back to you with pricing.
