A simple process, from submission to delivery.
You send the project. We review it, prepare the deliverable, check it, and send it back. Here is what happens at each step.
The process
Five steps, one point of contact.
Every service follows the same path, whether it's an estimate, a worksheet, a CRM upload or a 3D model.
Step 1
Submit your project
Use the quote form to send your contact details, the project address and type, and the services you want. Fixed-price services show their price as you select them.
Step 2
Upload photos and documents
The more we can see, the more complete the deliverable. Photos, sketches, plans, existing estimates and adjuster reports all help.
Step 3
We review the scope
We go through what you sent and work out the required scope. If something is missing, or the job needs custom pricing, we contact you before starting.
Step 4
We prepare the deliverable
Estimates are written in your preferred platform, under your company header. Worksheets, CRM uploads and 3D models are prepared to the same standard.
Step 5
Quality review and delivery
Every deliverable is checked before it leaves us. You receive the completed files and documentation, ready to use.
